Readerpix: W Hotel from above!

6/23/2009:

While I totally shy away from tall photos like this one, it was just too cool to pass up!

Hoboken411 reader Chris stumbled across this photo taken by “Dallascaper” – of Hoboken’s W Hotel. My guess it was from a helicopter… Either way, a unique way to see our “famous” riverfront “gem!”

Hoboken W Hotel from a Helicopter

[Stay tuned for tomorrow’s Readerpix entry! – Note: one reader’s photo(s) will be featured each day at approximately 11am. Unless your photo is time-sensitive – it will be published in the order it was received! Additional note: Your pictures will have a better chance of being published if they’re in “landscape” mode, as opposed to the taller “portrait” modes… ]

yes, i’m sure that is what whine was referring to..but that’s not where their parking lot is. so what whine was referring to is irrelevant

Any idea when this photo was taken of this “famous riverfront gem?” Lots of empty parking spaces. Any idea of the occupancy goings on there? Just curious.

Their parking is in a garage under the building, so unless you have x-ray vision, there’s no way to determine from this photo if there’s any empty parking.

I believe whineanddineinhob is referring to the area to the left of the building covered in tarmac.

Those other responses knew exactly what I was referring to. But they wanted to make a “big magilla” out of my mistake about the parking location. Neither one of them came up with a response to the ONLY question I actually asked and that is how they are doing with occupancy.

That’s an empty lot for the future 3rd Waterfront Corporate Center building… Those are some sort of trailer parking spaces…
