Who’s watching the new condos in town?
A Hoboken411 reader (who requested anonymity) wants to help spread the word about some break-ins that have happened recently. He’s assured me that these are the actual perpetrators, that multiple police reports have been filed, and the HPD is also on the lookout for these two men.
“There has been a rash of break ins recently in Hoboken, and here are pictures of the two of Hoboken’s most wanted perpetrators, along with their pit bull. These gentlemen were captured on security surveillance footage casually walking into the front door of a residential building right here in Hoboken, without anyone realizing they should not be there. The then walked right into the garage area and clipped several bicycles that were locked up. The police are aware of these two men and their dog, and have reports from multiple area residents of break ins and thefts. If you see these men, please immediately call the Hoboken police at 201-420-2100. All calls are anonymous. And as always if you see anything suspicious, speak up and alert someone immediately. While the police does a great job of keeping our city safe, we must also count on each other to ensure that Hoboken remains a wonderful place to live.”

your right….it seems the cops dont care. In the 80’s i live on 4th….weekly the car windows would be broken up and down that street. ……And where would we go to fix the windows? A local window shop.
20 years later Im walking down 4th and bingo…broken windows down 4th street…..
My question is….are they kidding?

It would be a good idea to print some copies of these pricks and post them in your building lobby or give a copy tp bldg mngt to let them know. Also it your building has a doorman give them a copy as well.
If you do not have renter insurance it may be good to get it and review your lease agreements or ownership policy with the building you live in. Bldg mngt may be liable for the loss in negligence was involved that could have been avoided!

if you think that the HPD doesn’t know these guys you are crazy. people on this site see the guy walking the dog? the cops know who he is. unlikely they will arrest him though.
