The biggest block party of the year
Since most political fanatics in Hoboken pretty much already know the “happenings” of the various candidates, I’ve shied away from promoting every “fundraiser,” “meet & greet” or “coffee breath talk” that has been scheduled over the past couple weeks. This event, however is an exception.
Mayoral Candidate Peter Cammarano is pulling out all the stops, and is throwing a massive block party over at Columbus Park (10th & Clinton) tomorrow, Sunday, June 10th from 1-6pm.
With something for everyone, this event goes way beyond political hob-nobbing – it’s a true community party where every man, woman and child have have fun, eat, and be entertained.

Tomorrow, Sunday, June 7th, volunteers of the Cammarano Team are throwing the “block party of the year” at COLUMBUS PARK, at 10th & Clinton, from 1:00 to 6:00pm.
This event will celebrate the final weekend of the campaign and we invite residents to BRING YOUR FAMILY TO MEET OURS. There will be four live bands and three DJ’s, food, snacks, games and contests. Famous cartoon characters from Madagascar, along with Spiderman and the Incredible Hulk will be available for photos!
There will also be free Trolley Rides picking up seniors and residents throughout Hoboken, reminiscent of the Crosstown Bus which Peter has pledged to return to Hoboken. Please visit www.Cammarano09.com for the Trolley Schedule.
This block party offers Hoboken residents an opportunity to meet Peter Cammarano, Angel Alicea, Vinny Addeo and Raul Morales II, and their families from 1:00-6:00pm.

This is an all-inclusive block party designed to bring Hoboken residents together with Team Cammarano before the election!

OOOHHH! Good comeback. So enlighten me (although I don’t live in the projects, as you like to call them, unless all multi-unit buildings are the projects in your estimation). What does MD stand for in your world (although I still think of “Major D’Bag” when it applies to you)?

Actually, I totally think strand is intelligent. Whether or not he is a MD (and yes, I do know what it is!) I can’t prove, but the things he knows and the thoughts he puts together show that he is intelligent.
Now, no one can accuse him of being politically correct, gentle, kind, sympathetic, friendly, open-minded, etc…but the guy is smart (and funny).

I must have missed ALL of his smart and funny posts, but I have seen plenty of the rest of it and I am not sure it benefits the site or its visitors (although it is revelatory as to his mental state, which is why unless he works at some subterranean hospital for troglodytes, he is not a “Medical Doctor”) leaving with me with the belief that MD still stands for “Major D’Bag”.

Peter and his team’s party left a big fng mess on Grand street b/t 10th and 11th. Thanks for your lack of follow-through Camarano peeps, as usual, from a local resident who uses Columbus park twice daily and picks up her own constituents’ crap.
