I’ve lived here since 1985, so I remember this lot. It was run by Pino’s I think. I’ve never had a car and only been there once with a friend to pick up his car.
I was a freshman at Stevens in 1998 and at the beginning of the semester, they had a special meeting just for commuters. Even though I walked to school, I was still a commuter, so I went. The guy running the meeting warned us to be very careful with our cars so they don’t get towed. He said, trust me, you don’t want to go down to that part of town to pick your car up.

I used to live on Washington and had a friend visit and her car got towed. I drove her to the police station and to the tow yard because it was “so far”. Her backyard looks over the tow yard and I now live a block away. We walk everywhere. So much for it being so far!
