Sorry to the guy that thinks you can move to another country and save on taxes. They planned for that. Read the rules, you are considered a resident of WHERE/WHEN you bought the ticket. If you live in NJ, and work in NJ, but buy the winning ticket in NYC, you pay NYC taxes!!! The winner is considered to be a NYC resident for tac purposes. Ain’t that nice of them.

I’m not too familiar with the whole lotto thing. If you match 5 numbers but miss the mega ball you still get that much money?

Might I suggest hybrid. A cross, ah, of Bluegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff about this is, that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon, take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus-belt that night on this stuff.
