The venue could have been better but I ate, had a few drinks, laughed, and donated to a cause! The crowd was very HAPPY and well behaved. I am guessing there were about 500 people, all fans of the Stern show. Thanks to Artie and the promoters for a good nite! Not sure if the one large room and upstairs area I am thinking of can really fit 700 but the space is pretty big. So instead of bagging the whole thing, the producer pushed forward and grabbed what he could get… Now it seems that there WILL be a benefit show – there WILL be money raised for charity and at the end of the day, I cut slack to anyone who does anything like this. I hear this guy is a real estate agent in Hoboken… I admire anyone who would even think about taking time out of their schedule… A little disorganized??? SO what?! I will go. VIP and I will be happy to contribute to this wonderful cause…. I hear next year this is supposed to be in Red Bank.
