Those wicked mommies thought that "new programs" unspent cash ought to be spent on our struggling middle and high schoolers- for tutoring and SAT prep, for example! My G-d, the horror! But Poopie, a man who lacks ANY political aspirations whatsoever, fought hard for these voters, uh... I mean, "parents" so that their little ones could avoid the horrible fate of private school tuition (although the implementation of such a program would radically expand the size of our public school systems (projected 20 new classrooms) at a time when City Hall is bust, and we are paying 47% more in property taxes)... what a visionary that man is!!!
