Bloom Spa finally opens

We were tracking the transition from Fowad to Bloom Spa in a previous thread – this is the minty fresh entry for the new full-service Spa!

This is how it looked shortly before they opened…

Sadly it takes me while to learn my lesson. After having my hair color RUINED by their hair dresser, then having the WORST facial of my life, I still went back for more punishment in the form on a pedicure (not just one either, as I am clearly a masochist).
I am NOT racist but please, if you go here, do NOT let an Asian work on your feet. Insist on waiting for one of the Latino ladies as THEY clearly understand customer service. The Asians are rude, unfriendly, pushy, give fast quirky pedicures and manicures and will try their best to get you out of the chair before you can even gather your belongings “hurry, NEXT!!” they groan.

No point in complaining as they DO NOT GIVE A SH*T!!!

I could go on and on but you would probably not believe me about how bad the service is here from the Asians. Pffffffft!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I need some help. I have to attend my brother-in-laws funeral on Tuesday. I will be meeting a lot of new people. I will also be seeing a lot of people that I have not seen in a long time. I am overdue for a haircut and waxing anyway. Is there anyone out there who can suggest a place/places that do great haircuts and waxing? Thanks in advance!

I went to them for hair extentions.I paid $500.00 for this job. They did not match the color of the extentions to my hair color, they did not blend the hair together, they used craft glue (hot glue gun) to fuse the extentions to my hair. They tried to have me sign a paper stating that they were not respodsible for any damage they do to my hair. I refused to sign that.I went back to them and they refused to return my money or take any respondsibility for the work that they did. I finally got them to take the extentions out for me. They were put in my head with craft glue from a hot glue gun so it would not come out. It took 5 hours of them ripping my hair out to get this silicone out of my hair. They made me feel like this was all my fault and like I was beneath them. They were laughing at me. It was an awful , awful experience. They acted like I did not even exist and were very mean and unprofessional with me. I would never return there and make sure anyone I know does not go to that unprofessional establishment.

$500.00 for extensions! for $2 😯 0.00 I would’ve shaved your head and stapled a wig to it![quote comment=”202136″]I went to them for hair extentions.I paid $500.00 for this job. Or you can just let hair grow on its own. It takes really long for some for this to happen though, and they become impatient. If this were the case for me, I’d wait rather than aim to look like every other gal in the magazines.[quote comment=”202142″]$500.00 for extensions! for $2 0.00 I would’ve shaved your head and stapled a wig to it!

I have been told that this is the place to go in hoboken for manicure and pedicure. WOW!! What a amazing service they provided for me and my boyfriend.. I’ve never been to a full spa as clean, pretty and fully staffed w/ professional’s. I recommand this spa to anyone who’s looking for a spa in Hoboken. LOL..

I’ve been here a few times already.. I would definitely go there again for a pedi or eyebrows – they did an amazing job! But never again for a haircut. The cut itself was fine but they use DIRTY supplies!! The scissors and brushes were covered in other people’s hair – gross!
