It’s a small world after all!
Earlier this month – I mentioned that a Hoboken resident (and fitness guru) Tom Venuto published a new book, called The Body Fat Solution.
Little did I know, that another Hoboken resident (and Hoboken411 reader) Jason Jaskot did the workout photos for his book! What a small world!
You can see Jason’s website at www.jasonjaskotphoto.com.
Here is a picture of Liz, one of the models (from silvermodels.com) that was featured in the book:

these must be the “before” photos. look at the meat on those legs, can only imagine the jiggly cottage cheese a$$ perched at the top of those trunks. and the face shots are no picnic either. i’d say she has a 6 to 8 beer handicap.

Um, strand? Love ya’ but models come in all shapes and sizes, these days. Victoria’s Secret models, as examples, aren’t as thin as those found on most runways.
Nothing wrong with a lil’ meat one one’s bones.

Her new plus 2’s have a 4 inch gap in the middle – I would go back and ask for half my money back.

the body fat solution: don’t eat so much and so much crap! i never understood how people could be fat (barring a medical condition like diabetes or mobility issue)

I’ve read a scientific article recently that talked about many reasons for folks being over weight. If I can find it I find it I’ll post it…
One reason is a gene, folks with that gene are at greater risk of being over weight and having type 2 diabetes. There were other genes that have an effect as well.
My best friend growing up was just as active as me, ate less than I did, and weighed more. When we got older she dieted to no avail. We were on the same community swim team in grade school. Swam laps together in the afternoon (about 100 a day). Where in the marching band together in high school.
The person I know that eats the most, also weighs the least. I would kill for her metabolism.
