Video: Randy mouths off at Ladies

12/19/2008:

Rude Randy in action

Most of the time when I see notorious Hoboken Homeless resident Randy Vargas (who is best known for his lovely dog Foxie/Roxie that was murdered by a mysterious white vehicle). However, there are many other times he’s “off his rocker” and hepped up on something – and usually hollers nasty words at women specifically.

Here’s a brief clip I got of him while driving by the other day:

all i am saying is Randy was not always like this. he used to be a bit more together. i am so sorry for the people who have him living around your buildings.

i was just simply stating on a human and emotional aspect that it is sad to see such a breakdown of another human being. some girls on here were accusing him of making threatning noises and I did not want to believe it however after seeing the film, I guess it is true.

just feel sorry for these people, some are mentally ill and it just makes me sad. that’s all. crucify me….. 😳

This comment is nonsense. We do have a plan for homelessness in this country, there are shelters out there and government, non-profit, and religious programs. Some people, like this guy it appears, chose to live on the street instead.
“I can’t afford to make idle people merry. I help to support the establishments I have mentioned-they cost enough; and those who are badly off must go there.”

“Many can’t go there; and many would rather die.”

“If they would rather die, they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population.”
Bah! Humbug!

Sounds like one of our regular H411 posters!

I knew I’d get a response like that. I feel bad for someone sitting out in the cold and down on their luck, etc… but to some extent if they don’t take responsibility to try to get some mental/physical help then what more can you do?

After reading about how his dog was run over, I felt so sorry for him, and actually offered my condolences for his loss. I am a kind soul, and have given him small handouts since then.

Two months ago, my husband of 16 years passed away after a three week illness, so now this guy just annoys me to no end! I do understand his pain, on a MUCH, MUCH, MUCH larger scale, and wish that I could behave the way that he does in public with little or no regard from anyone…
