   That’s not Santa. I could swear that the other month he was going around calling himself Christopher Columbus. He and Sal Vega think they can pull this one on me? I don’t think so…

   Does this mean that the staff at Ciao Belly will actually acknowledge customers’ existence in the store? Or will they continue their cell phone conversations and “computer work” and let poor Santa do all of the greeting and assisting with sales?

   Mrs C – I think the same people work at Fed Ex/Kinkos. I shipped a package last week and the entire time the clerk just yapped on the phone. My husband was so annoyed he sent a note to the corporate HQ. I have no problem if you want to chat on the phone but don’t do it when I need some help and your attention. thank you.

   I have to sadly admit that I have not found the staff to be particularly welcoming, either. I have purchased stuff there because they do carry cute things, but it could be a little more customer friendy.

   How are the prices at this place? Cheaper than other baby boutiques in Hoboken? About the same?

   I bought a cute set from the Katrina place on 4th for a friend a few weeks ago. And the salesperson was really nice and helpful .

   I like Ciao Belly and found the sales help to be very friendly. We just moved to Hoboken and are having our first child. I went in for some maternity clothes and had great service.
