HA.

It’s a shame because they really -are- nice looking units. I just question the security of the building as well as the potential for growth/development…frankly, I don’t see it. Ever.

Which probably explains why I’m not a millionaire.
You or I could live there, I don’t get the feeling you would mind a ‘hood that was rough around the edges. If you plan on having a family or simply a girlfriend come to visit you, it’s problematic. Unless of course you want to drive everywhere in which case I would rather live in the ‘burbs.
Agree w/ Easy. Went over and took a look at these units…they’re very, very nice inside, but once you get outside – wow. Not good. Which is pretty funny because if you look at all of the advertising they’re doing in the PATH cars and on the back of the Metro, there’s a ridiculous ‘artist’s rendering’ of what the neighborhood will look like…presumably in 2025.
Well.. You know what they say, they’re not making any more land. Get in now before prices riiiiiiise!

Canco lofts are nice. I went there for the JC Artists tour, but yeah the neighborhood sucks. Easy enough to get a cab over there, it’s not that far from Hoboken, but I wouldn’t want to live there.

I don’t know how they’re ever gonna sell these, there is NOTHING over there!
