Coldwell Banker Hoboken

Coldwell Banker Hoboken (residential brokerage) Grand Opening

Call it more a “Grand RE-opening,” but Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage completed their Hoboken move from 1st & Washington to a sparkling new office at 323 Washington, and will be celebrating tomorrow, November 14th from 2pm to 4pm. Treats for humans will be served, along with a donation bin for animals which will benefit the Liberty Humane Society.

Regional Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage President Hal Maxwell will be on hand, and VP Tracy Devine and other Real Estate associates to celebrate the grand opening – and give the public tours of their “state of the art” new office which will house over 70 employees.

Good Luck Coldwell Banker!

Coldwell Banker Hoboken moves to new location

8/6/2013 Update:

After many years gracing the corner of 1st & Washington – along with their myriad of for sale and for rent signs in the windows, Coldwell Banker Hoboken is making a move themselves!

This top Realtor in town decided not to renew their lease, and is moving to the old doctors office at 323 Washington Street supposedly before the end of the summer.

If you were anticipating an “exciting change” to this space, don’t get ahead of yourself. Bix Realty – which has an office at 2nd & Bloomfield is apparently moving in afterward.

Can anyone predict when the days of the Real Estate “office” will be gone entirely, and replaced 100% by the interwebs?

11/21/2006 Update:

I have to say the new and upgraded Coldwell Banker Hoboken exterior is a massive improvement to the bird shit stained version they had for the longest time!

Wow, sounds like a personal grudge to me! Did this lady of class regret your advances? That’s why you posted here? I met Ms. Visaggio on a professional level approximately 20 yrs. ago when I moved from Boston, Mass. and utilized her services to find me an apartment. Not only is she a professional real estate agent but a person who takes the time to care and learn of your needs. I had to have certain specific needs and she went above and beyond to find the perfect place for me. After being in my adorable older quaint apartment for 6+ yrs., I finally decided it was time to purchase a condo and who did I call? Yes, you guessed, Mr. Visaggio. No hesitations! Again, she came to my rescue, guided me through these first steps of buying and owning a condo in Hoboken. All I can say is not only do I love my condo, I truly love her for coming to my rescue as this was a giant investestment step for me. Ms. Visaggio took her time to find the perfect home for me and I will always be greatful and thankful for her perseverance and passion as an agent with Coldwell. She sent the most beautiful house warming gift I could have ever imagined and still sits in my living room. Thanks, Ms. V., love it! Not only did I utilize Ms. Visaggio at Coldwell for my renting / owning experience, I have recommended many friends and… Read more »

I have ignored the advice here and from my friends. I rented an apartment from Theresa Visaggio at Coldwell Banker in Hoboken and proceeded to experience the most horrible renting experience of my life. The apartment had such a disgusting bathroom (behind the walls) that the whole wall had to be broken down and I was homeless for 3 days. My boss was not happy with my ripening smell… (I like to think it was phermones). Visaggio then held my security deposit and forced me to remove furniture that was there when I moved in. Visaggio knew that I had a serious back injury but demanded this anyway. While moving, I seriously injured myself and ended up in the hospital. Visaggio did not care, she actually deducted hundreds of dollars from my security deposit for delayed move-out. I was in the hospital. Kinda heartless, don’t you think? I ultimately felt sad for her and, like a charity case, felt that she must need this money much more than I do. I wish she would have just asked me for the money and saved me the experience of being fooled into living in a sagging, bathroom-less, crazy landlord, smelly, overpriced, nightmare of an apartment. In every way possible, Theresa Visaggio misrepresented this apartment, then stole my money. I am baffled by this as she is a part of a brokerage. I guess Coldwell Banker condones this type of behavior or just doesn’t care. Stay away from Coldwell Banker and most importantly,… Read more »
