I’m personally getting a bit tired of hearing “there’s no money” to properly maintain the city.
Besides Elysian Park being practically in the dark already (half the lamps are broken), now Hoboken residents are treated to a nice (disgusting) “LAKE” in the dog run each time it rains. Emails to the Hoboken Dog Association went unanswered, and 2nd Ward Councilwoman Beth Mason says there’s nothing she can do about it (i.e., budget constraints).
Roads, sidewalks, and now parks are going down the toilet. Way to go, Mayor Roberts!

Looks like they have started to correct half of the Park problem Electricians spoted in Elysian park at 1pm. Let there be light
