Want your kids out of the house and away from the TV?

Did you know there’s tons of various recreational activities in Hoboken this summer?

Take a look at this list of sporty things you can bring your kids to. All FREE!

Basketball Clinic

At the Hoboken High School gym.
This week (July14th – 18th)
For kids 9-15 years old, and runs 9am-2pm.

Baseball Clinic

Over at the Stevens Park Little League Field.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays through July 25th.
For kids 9-12 years old, and runs from 9am-12pm.

Tennis Workshop

At Columbus Park, Monday through Thursday through August 14th.
Kids 7-9 years old play from 9am-10am.
Kids 10-12 years old play from 10am-11am.

Girls Softball Clinic

Also at the Little League Field.
Tuesdays and Thursdays through July 24th.
Girls 5-7 years old play from 9am-10am.
Girls 8-14 years old play from 10am-12pm.

Skateboarding

Over at the Castle Point Skate park (bring a helmet!)
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays through July 25th.
9 years old and under from 9am-10:30am.
10 years and older from 11am-1:30pm.

Co-ed Soccer Clinic

Over at the newly lead-free Frank Sinatra Park.
Mondays and Wednesday through July 30th.
Kids 5-8 years old from 9am-10am.
Kids 9-12 years old play from 10am-11am.

Swimming (family & adult)

Two locations.
Hoboken High School (for all ages)
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-8pm through August 14th.

Boys and Girls Club
Through August 23rd, Kids aged 9-15 can swim Tuesdays-Saturdays from 11am-5pm.

Volleyball

At Frank Sinatra Park.
Wednesdays and Thursdays through August 14th.
Kids 9-14 play from 4:30pm-6:00pm

Gymnastics

A the Multi-Service Center (the “Multi”)
Tuesdays and Thursdays through August 14th.
Kids 5-12 years old can stretch, bounce and swing from 9am-11:30am.

We did not get a flyer in the mail.

You had to sign up for these at city hall like 2 weeks ago. Residents received a flier in the mali about this. Old news 411
