Selective Enforcement {always}

Why always the selective enforcement when it comes to Hoboken parking?

Don’t you think it’s entirely wrong – that an area cop, or city vehicle can blatantly break the parking LAWS without financial punishment?

That you’d receive a ticket (euphemism for “getting robbed,”) while those very laws don’t apply to them?

Why don’t HPU employees or Hoboken cops ticket ANY and ALL vehicles that are parked illegally – including their own?

Because until they do – those laws should all be invalidated until they can figure it out. Because you can only have it both ways for so long.

This NJ Transit cop got a prime spot to eat lunch over at Lisa’s Deli. Isn’t that special?
