Hudson Kitchen: Table Talk Live
Hudson Kitchen coming to area (starts with Networking Event)
You probably haven’t heard of Hudson Kitchen yet.
Why not? Because they’re just a concept at the moment.
Hudson Kitchen aims to be the first 24-hour commercial kitchen available to use (rent by the hour) for aspiring cooks, foodies, and anyone else that could benefit from a fully functioning commercial kitchen.
Conceptualized by Djenaba Johnson-Jones, she hopes to have a space secured and a facility opening in the 2016-2017 time-frame somewhere in neighboring Jersey City.
But that doesn’t mean she’s all behind the scenes, as she’s feverishly been garnering support for such an endeavor – which includes holding culinary talks – like the inaugural one taking place next week.
