don’t try backpedeling now. it was clear what you were trying to say. i called you on it and you were well proven wrong. a simple “i’m sorry” and a curtsy will do. and please, how would you solve the homeless problem? the HPD refuses to enforce the city laws. the 20something idiots won’t stop giving them change. the cabbies only seem to want to run over yuppies. even the cold winter didn’t get rid of them!
Sorry for what???? And you meant courtesy? and backpedaling maybe???? Yeeaaah…. must be it. I wish I knew how to solve the homeless problem. I just don’t see how getting rid of a shelter would get rid of the homeless problem. You seem to be a very angry person, Tramp. If I were you, I would stop watching Fox News. LOL. It only fuels your fire.

my comment was in direct response to emmita who made the statement that certain people go back to watching Fox News. the inference clearly being that conservatives are uncaring people who do not donate to charity.
Strand Tramp: As far as I am concerned, people who watch only Fox News are rather narrow minded, that’s what I meant. Now, YOU stereotyped rather broadly (which considering your posts, I am not surprised of) by saying that only conservatives watch Fox news… Alright then!!!!

In addition to that, I was not debating on who donates what to whom or, more than whom. Where did you get that from?????? I was just referring to some quite nasty comments re. homeless people and the different options to “solve” the issue. Which I think are pretty uncaring, dangerous and narrow-minded comments. Hence my reference to Fox news.
And I would argue that the folks watching CNN, reading the NY Times or listening to NPR are just as narrow minded on the opposite extreme.

HOW the hell do homeless people have a cellphone ???????
donations? You know that instead of dumping your old cell phones you can donate them to charities, right? I guess the charities pay for the plans as well….
