Crosswalk Hazards!

City of Hoboken “permits” Crosswalk Hazards

Hoboken resident Aaron noticed an obvious pedestrian safety issue this past weekend. A massive dumpster blocking the intersection of 6th and Bloomfield Street where there is no stop sign. A crosswalk hazard for sure!

He said he mentioned this to Hoboken Police, who said “nothing can be done about this until Monday.”

Meanwhile, Aaron said he witnessed numerous people who nearly got hit by oncoming traffic.

You know the city doesn’t give a crap, because the contractor paid to have the space reserved. Too bad, because aren’t they always talking about safety measures for bicyclists and other mumbo jumbo?
