The Everymen: “NJHC”

The Everymen – NJHC

Since forming in 2009, The Everymen have quickly built a rock solid resume thanks to their tireless average of over 100 shows a year, and a reputation as one of the hardest working and most exciting live (New Jersey) bands around. As a testament to their electrifying performances on and off the stage, WNYC Soundcheck/NPR said “The Everymen inject each element of their energetic rock with a palpable passion.”

Take a look at The Everymen’s new video for “NJHC” from their latest album “Givin’ Up On Free Jazz.” This track is essentially an ode to the band’s home state of New Jersey (culminating in a list of almost every famous Jerseyan in the process!)

Hoboken has a notable presence in the video. Enjoy!

I’ll admit that the song was intelligent and clever. But the music was average. This is one of those circumstances where you understand the old music industry and why they pick visually attractive artists when their music is sub-par. To make up for the lack of good sound. Sorry guys. Maybe a new lead singer with a better voice would help?
