I personally know several of the officers involved in the lawsuit. I have not seen then or spoken to any of them in years. I believe them and support them and their families. I worked with several of these Officers in the past. Not all Officers in Hoboken P.D. are racism, but the few that are there must go.
Hoboken was a blue collar town with different nationity
till the late 80’s. I was raise in the old Hoboken, where everybody knew everybody in the town. But then the rent jumped up by 100% and folks started leaving the town.

Does anyone know what they are building up on the hill at 8th & Hudson? So far, they’re in the process of welding a steel structure of some kind.

Saw it running by and I was speculatively thinking it will be a carport with solar panels on top to charge electric vehicles. Just a guess, but I cannot think of any other reason to put a canopy covering cars, in only part of the parking lot, at an engineering school.

To keep Stevens a good neighbor, let them know your concerns!
Better yet, change the leadership in Hoboken to have your concerns represented professionally by competent leaders
As for the lawsuits, lets hope that the lawyers reviewing the existing Hoboken lawsuits(from the NJ Department of Community Affairs) do a better job than previous corporate counsels and other lawyers with professional service contracts.

Remember, that the Stevens parking garage(?) is still not being utilized to help our parking situation and Stevens does not pay much in taxes…that’s why we need professional leadership to interact with them to help Hoboken as well as this place of high learning.
