Remember, that the Stevens parking garage(?) is still not being utilized to help our parking situation and Stevens does not pay much in taxes…that’s why we need professional leadership to interact with them to help Hoboken as well as this place of high learning.

You can thank Beth Mason for that. She said at the last debate that the reason she got into politics was to fight Stevens’ proposed parking garage under DeBaun field. To keep Stevens a good neighbor, let them know your concerns!
Better yet, change the leadership in Hoboken to have your concerns represented professionally by competent leaders ❗
As for the lawsuits, lets hope that the lawyers reviewing the existing Hoboken lawsuits(from the NJ Department of Community Affairs) do a better job than previous corporate counsels and other lawyers with professional service contracts.
