I have tried to order with DeliveryStream.com twice unsuccessfully. The second time just happened and I was so frustrated that I decided to post here. In this case, I ordered online for delivery (60 minutes according to their site) and waited. After 60 minutes I called and apparently my order did not go through. I got all the way trough the order process and entered my credit card info. There were no errors and after the order I was taken back to the main page. I thought my order went through but I guess not. My main complaint is that their website does not give enough information to verify that your order went through.

I used allmenus.com (pimped by kannekt) the other day and it was HORRENDOUS. It told me there would be a 45 minute wait for my Philly Cheesesteak. OK- whatever, Philly’s is notorious for slow delivery, so no big deal.
An hour goes by and I call Philly’s. They never saw the order, apparently allmenus is supposed to call to confirm and didn’t. The guy who answered says “Well do you still want it or no?” I did so he put me first in line and I had it 20 minutes later.
I emailed allmenus and got no response. I was unimpressed with Philly’s as well – why have this service available if you’re not going to utilize it?
I’ll NEVER use allmenus again.

Hi Katie,
First I’d like to apologize for your negative experience with Allmenus.com and Philly’s Cheesesteaks. I can assure you that the event that you described was an isolated incident and is not indicative of the normal ordering experience with Allmenus. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we have received an overwhelming positive response from our customers in Hoboken.
To make it up to you and to encourage everyone else to see for themselves how quick and easy it is to order through our website, we’d like to offer anyone reading this post a $5.00 Keycode available for the first 50 customers who take it. It expires on 3/31, one per customer and is good at:
Bombay West, Grande Pizza, Hoboken Cottage, Joey’s BBQ, Maru Sushi, Precious, Rice Shop & Urban Chicken
CODE: HOBOKEN4115

Gee, thanks. Of course when I sent in a complaint directly to allmenus on February 2nd, I got no response. Good to know that once I actually put it out for the public we all get a chance to save some $$. Excellent, and totally not a transparent effort on your part at all.

Just curious, did you read that part of the page where it says that they will send you a an e-mail confirmation to confirm that your order has been received and processed?
FYI – they actually send you an e-mail confirming that your delivery was processed.
Move beyond that Commodore 64, lay off the bong, read the whole page and check your e-mail.
Very user friendly and they do a good job.
There should be a section on this site for “Reviews by the Retarded”

What happened to delivery stream’s website? Totally different from a couple of years ago. And by different, I mean worse. Also, they no longer have Frankie and Johnnies on their menu. I used to love ordering from there. Surprisingly, the steaks would come hot and well prepared.

Never mind. Just just checked again and F&J is back on their menu.
