Oh boy, more chatter about the damn “reval,” and now the “mayor” is changing HER tune, and instead of “rolling” assessments, she is suggesting an “every six years” model. Isn’t that wrong too? I thought the city liked pretending to follow the letter of the law. Aren’t reassessments supposed to happen every 12 or 15 years? What is all this nonsense.

Anyway – it’s still a waste to talk about property revaluation until you come up with a better system of taking money from residents maintaining a community like Hoboken. And we’re a LONG way away from that!

And of course, more $$ for lawyers, and another $12 million on the city “credit card” as they laughably try to solve the flooding problem in town. Good luck with that!
