It’s fascinating to look at all these old posts and to see how the corruption has been evident for so long. The failure to file ELEC reports, breaking election law (as an election lawyer), managing the Campos campaign (which involved much dubious behavior, including lots of intimidation of Dawn), the illegal being president of PAC (or whatever that is), the suspicious election donation list, the “ballot box forgotten under the table”…

At some point, after gathering up all of these infractions and violations, one has to conclude that he is either a horrible election attorney, completely unorganized and incompetent, or a crook.

Yesterday’s indictment only puts into writing what many suspected for a long time. There is nothing in Peter’s background or character that can save him right now, which actually pains me to say, because he had the raw material of someone who could actually be successful. He needs to step down with whatever grace he can muster, and not do a Blagojevich, which will only make him look even worse than he already does.

Election law violations – and screaming at someone else as soon as a camera’s on him.

Do you read his press releases? How can we tolerate someone on the school board who claims to some master’s degree on one hand – and, on the other, is halfway to illiterate in his writing?? Bewteen his absent ethics and absent education, he’s a poster child for what’s wrong with the Hoboken school district.

His every breath makes it seem like education is a joke, like every educational system is to be gamed for his benefit.

With Garcia, a degree hardly means education – it means more money or political gain for him somehow.

If I have to watch Garcia in Benny Tudino’s once more, sidle up, winking and nudging, to a grinning Benny and say not-quite-sotto-voce-enough, ‘I’m a good soldier, my man! Hey, and you know — it’s all about the mun-AY!! Heh, the mun-AY!!!” I’m gonna have to puke all over Benny’s counter.

I’ve seen that routine twice now.

HOW CAN YOU VOTE FOR ANYONE EVEN PARTIALLY LIKE GARCIA??? Taking care of voters with favoritism is NOT a sign of character, decency or even friendliness.
