As long as the Hoboken Crosstown bus actually stays in Hoboken, I guess it’s OK. I’ve seen it driving around in Carlstadt before.

to find out who owns this bus just look at the lettering on the side of the bus, DOT requires both the owner and operator posted on the bus, sometimes they are one in the same, others like many of the acadamy and coach buses are actually owned by NJT and leased to these companies for $1 a year, and it will show owner and operator seperately, take a look you might be suprised how many

“We may be paying a half million a year so that you don’t have to walk a couple extra blocks.”

I highly doubt it.

BTW, Joe the bus driver lives in Hudson North and has a wife and two sons. One of which plays very good football and baseball for Hoboken High. So what if he puts the quarters in the cup, especially when he needs change.
