“No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. The program essentially starts this Tuesday, September 2nd (but you have a small grace period until September 9th to get on board) otherwise the program will have most likely advanced beyond your competence level.
