Many on this board talk about personal responsibility, what about a property owner's failure to act reasonably? He or she should be punished. If it was a storm in progress - you have a tough case. They have no obligation to clean while the storm is in progress - that is your responsibility to watch where you walk.

The right wing has made it very difficult to sue careless landowners in New Jersey for their failure to maintain property in a safe condition.

Many on this board talk about personal responsibility, what about a property owner’s failure to act reasonably? He or she should be punished.

If it was a storm in progress – you have a tough case. They have no obligation to clean while the storm is in progress – that is your responsibility to watch where you walk.
