i used enterprise last month and was ok with the entire process. No hidden fees, or charges. Also FAP, they charge not based on the day per say but 24 hour periods, so if you got the car at 1159pm that is one day and as soon as the clock turns midnight that is another…i dont agree with that practice but it is what it is and had a pleasant experience…besides anyone who tries to rip me off, i rip your head off…

I have used Enterprise infrequently over the last few years and always found them to be all that I expected.

Does it strike anyone else as strange that they have moved into one of our municipal lots, taking up valuable parking places? Seems as though we had others who could use those spaces!

The location over by Best Buy closed and it appears that crappy pizza lovers will rejoice…Papa Johns looks to be the next tenant.

PApa John’s founder that is always in the commercials is really named John Schnatter, something tells me there isnt an italian bone in his entire body!! Their pizza sucks, the commercials make me want to throw up just looking at the pizza when they run the slicer through the gross rubbery fake cheese

Best place in Hoboken to rent a car.

Not having a car I rent one two or three times a year and by far enterprise was the best experience I’ve had yet.

Usually I only need a car for a day but can’t return it before the rental office closes so I get charged for a second day I don’t need. At enterprise they give you a 24hour rental and charge you by the hour, not the day, for overages.

And as an added surprise they offered to drive me home after I turned in the car.

If you’re renting a car my advice would be to check their website google around for a discount coupon(I found one in about 15 minutes) and price out a car.

FAP, I don’t know which Enterprise you’re talking about, because I just rented a car from them this past weekend and returned it Sunday night. Not only do they charge you $10 to leave it overnight in a *GUARDED* garage, they make you put it on the 5th level of the deck when it could easily be returned on the first floor of the parking garage. On top of that I got hit with $60 in extra fees Monday morning. Not using this place again, they suck.

HobokenFootballRules:

They did some things that were not specified in the contract to me also, including over charges, hidden charges, and extra days. So, I did a charge back for all the extras to my credit card company and won.

I’m guessing anyone that performs a charge back is probably blacklisted from doing business with them – no big loss. The people at the Avis in Newport Mall are much nicer anyway.
