Stable? Is this worrisome graffiti in Hoboken?

Gee. This “neat” writing on a construction site on First Street is quite strange. Better yet, is this worrisome graffiti? The person who wrote this doesn’t sound too stable – and may very well be a dangerous individual. What in God’s name does this even mean?

“PULLING MUSSELLS’ FRIM A, SHELL, SO LEtS’ tAKe a FOtOGRaff BIKOUSE DE DAY IS COMPLetE, SO DONUt DISapEaR, WE’VE Gto 94,000$ MEGa StUB, KNIt cap.”

I mean the first line is (sort of) from a song of the same name from The Squeeze (not the strip club in Weehawken…) – but the rest – WTF? Who wrote this, and why?
