Typical “reorganization” meeting takes place this time each year, with various board members being appointed. The speaker Patricia W is absolutely right in holding the Council responsible and revealing the BS at the inauguration. A must see. It is in part II.

  2. animal_lover says:

The point the male speaker made about was that as a minority he is surprised that another minority Councilperson would not look at for and understand the plight of the disenfranchised. He may not have expressed it well but the Councilmembers choose to ignore his valid points and attack his poor presentation.

How is it that Zimmer backers do not recognize potential liabilities nor take action to protect tax payers but instead slam other council persons that bring up exposures.

Funny Cunningham says he did not take the risk under consideration because he was not presented with information demonstrating that risk. Funny in that you give Cunningham info hand delivered he ignores it.

  4. animal_lover says:

The council does not prepare the Agenda as required and then discusses items without the public or all council members having the info. At part 2 50 minutes.

The Zimmer backers will not answer a straight question.

  5. animal_lover says:

Councilman Cunningham has zero credibility he is setting up straw men on process rather than publishing the info on the Agenda. Outrageous behavior of Cunningham.

Ravi B is pushing for a vote when the info has not be shared. This is an invalid process!!!

Ouch these people are paid by our tax dollars and they are not carrying on a democratic process. OOOOUUUUCCCCHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Closeout payment of $12,000 to bankruptcy attorney payment is not substantiated and Hoboken attorney can provide no answer – xcept the attorney worked “in god faith”.

How can they vote on a mitigation contract having never read how the mitigation is proposed???
