Bow Tie Cinemas Movie Times Hoboken NJ

Bow Tie Cinemas Hoboken NJTwo new flicks this week – The Wolf of Wall Street (which is getting great reviews despite the over-the-top nature of the movie), and 47 Ronin, which is getting panned to the bone for some odd reason.

The majority of the negative critics claimed it was “humorless” and “too long” (testament to the fact that most people are now unable to contemplate what they see, or think about anything in depth.)

However, many people who actually went and saw the movie actually enjoyed it tremendously… “I have lost complete respect for most of the professional film critics and their reviews. Either they didn’t watch this or their sensibilities are completely desensitized by the plethora of inanity that they are forced to watch now a days. 47 Ronin is an exquisite blend of realism and fantasy far removed from the videoesque trite that we are mostly subjected to these days. It is a movie made with respect for it’s subject matter, acted with heart and soul, and a touch of flamboyance for dramatic flare.”

I agree. Additionally, we feel that today’s “reviews” are either meant to steer consumer dollars one direction or another – or written by people that don’t know what they’re talking about. If something gets inaccurately bad reviews – it probably means they didn’t pay off the proper people in attempts to discredit or cause failure.
